I placed an order on May 2, 2025, through DaperDen (https://www.daperden.shop) using a voucher that offered up to ₹2000 worth of products with only a ₹199 shipping charge. Despite the order status showing "dispatched", it has not been delivered, even though the expected delivery date was May 9, 2025.


Attempts to contact their customer support have been unsuccessful—their phone numbers are switched off, WhatsApp messages remain unread, and emails sent to support@daperden.shop have received no response. Today, my WhatsApp messages are not even getting delivered, suggesting that I may have been blocked.


I am requesting either a refund or the items I ordered. Based on this experience, I believe DaperDen is operating a fraudulent website, collecting money from unsuspecting individuals under false pretenses. They also encouraged me to share their website, offering others the same deal for a ₹149 shipping charge, raising further concerns about their legitimacy.
