I paid ₹50,000 to Nekkanti Anuradha on 15th May 2025 for booking a villa at Praneeth Pranav Leaf, Mallampeta. Later, she cancelled the deal and assured me the amount would be refunded. Despite repeated follow-ups, the money has not been returned. This is a clear case of fraud and false promise. I request immediate action and refund.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Nekkanti Anuradha, requesting to refund the ₹50,000.-. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

I have been sending multiple notices to Nekkanti Anuradha over the past 45 days, but have received no response. In addition, she has blocked my phone number, clearly indicating an intent to avoid resolution.
