I have been using Airtel Xtreme Fibre Contact no 9838000596 for more than a year, and during this entire period, I have raised complaints countless times. Every single time, Airtel has provided nothing more than a temporary patch, never a permanent solution.
After being fed up with your unreliable service, I specifically requested an upgrade to Air Fibre. Following this, I received a call from your sales representative Mr. Prem (Contact No 8178382722 ). He asked me to pay ₹1500 for the new Air Fibre connection. I clearly informed him that I already have a running connection, and he replied that I can simply deactivate the old one after the new Air Fibre installation.
Shockingly, instead of providing Air Fibre as requested, he took my brother’s Aadhaar card ( CONTACT no 7843886276) , raised a brand-new connection without my knowledge or approval, and installed Xtreme Fibre again.
When I confronted him, he casually replied that “this has benefits” — a completely unacceptable, misleading, and fraudulent response.
I have already informed your customer care team multiple times, and requested a complaint to be officially registered, but no action has been taken till now. The level of negligence is unbelievable.
Let me be very clear:
**I demanded Air Fibre.
You installed Xtreme Fibre with registered no 7843886276 against my consent.
Your sales team misled me and used Aadhaar details without proper disclosure.
And your support team has ignored all complaints.**
This email serves as my final notice.
I demand the following immediately:
Replace the current Xtreme Fibre connection with Air Fibre as originally requested.
Take strict action against the sales representative (Mr. Prem) for mis-selling and misuse of documents.
Provide me with a written confirmation of the corrective action being taken.
If this is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be forced to proceed legally by filing a complaint in the Consumer Forum, including mis-selling, unauthorized use of documents, and mental harassmen
