I am filing this complaint against XpressBees Logistics Pvt. Ltd. regarding severe negligence and fraudulent service updates for my return shipment.

My parcel associated with AWB number 253553854211139 (Return for Savana / Envogue Style) has been pending pickup for several days. Despite multiple reminders and email follow-ups, no actual pickup attempt has been made. Today, XpressBees falsely updated the status as “Customer not available” even though I was at home the entire day and never received any call or visit from their agent.

This false remark was clearly added to close the pickup attempt without effort, which qualifies as misreporting and fraudulent behavior.

Due to this delay and fake updates by XpressBees:
• My refund of ₹903 is being withheld
• I am facing mental stress and repeated harassment to follow up
• My consumer rights are being violated due to unfair trade practices

I request the following actions:
- Immediate pickup of my parcel and correct status update
- Refund of ₹903 from the seller once pickup is completed
- Investigation and penal action against XpressBees for misreporting false pickup attempts
- Assurance that such fraud does not repeat with other consumers

I am attaching the false SMS update as proof of misreporting.
Kindly take urgent action to resolve my issue and prevent further harassment.
