Issue Description:
I placed an order for a pack of two cotton shirts from Under Clothing. However, when the parcel arrived, it contained an old and used pair of jeans instead of the shirts I paid for. The packaging was torn and looked tampered with.
Despite this, the seller’s website shows my order as completed, and no support has been provided to address the issue. This is a clear case of wrong delivery, misleading representation, and deficiency in service.

• The shipping label
• The wrong item delivered (old jeans)

I request the Consumer Court to direct the seller to:
