STRICT PUBLIC WARNING – CUSTOMER AWARENESS
I strongly advise all my friends, business associates and members NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING OR ENGAGE IN BUSINESS WITH MR. CHANDRAN – JEI CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALEM.
For the past 1.5 months, I have been struggling to get my AC service issue resolved through this service provider, who was assigned through Voltas. Despite submitting all the required documents, they have continuously delayed the work, avoided calls and failed to take responsibility.
To make matters worse, around five representatives have spoken to me with extreme arrogance and have even resorted to intimidating and threatening language when I questioned their lack of service.
Their response has essentially been, “Do whatever you want.”
Such behaviour towards customers is absolutely unacceptable.
I am sharing my personal experience to warn others. Please think twice before dealing with this establishment. Customers deserve respect, accountability and proper service – not excuses, arrogance and intimidation.
