That my client, namely Sri Sanjib Mondal, son of Arun Prasad Mondal, of Village Near Bagila Railway Station, P. O. Chotkhanda & Police Station Chotkanda, Memori I, District Burdwan, Pin Code - 713146, duly Purchased One Property measuring about 1 Cottah 10 Chittacks 37 Sq.ft. more or less, duly purchased from one Sri Ananta Dewan, son of Late Subodh Dewan, by virtue of one Registered Deed of Conveyance, which has been duly registered in the office of A.R.A. III Kolkata, and recorded thereat under Book No. I, Volume No. - 1903-2024, Pages from 347196 to 347219, being Deed No. 09395 for the Year 2024.

In-spite of being the Owner of the Property I am unable to get the possession of the Property, as said Sri Ananta Deewan till yet did not vacate the said property after doing Registration as well as receiving the entire consideration money.
