Complaint Against Non-Delivery of Order Beyond Promised Timeline
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Uber Decor for failure to deliver my order despite the committed delivery timeline being exceeded by more than 30 days.

I placed an order with them on 11/11/2025, Order ID 2361, and made payment of 30k through online mode of payment.At the time of purchase, the company assured delivery within 3-4 weeks.

However, even after repeated follow-ups through calls/WhatsApp, my order has not been delivered, nor have I received any clear update or resolution from the company. The delay of over 30 days amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss.
I request the concerned authority to kindly intervene and direct the company to:
  1. Deliver the product immediately OR
  2. Provide a full refund with applicable compensation for the undue delay and harassment.


I am attaching all relevant documents, including order confirmation, payment proof, and communication records, for reference.

I hope for a prompt and fair resolution at the earliest.
