The membership of Rs 2,40,000 was offered to us for holiday packages offers, we did the payment of same using credit card of my wife in maya hotel in mt abu through sales team of said company soon after couple of hours there were difference of points and conditions in membership due to which we recalled our decision and company officials agreed and assured us for refund and hence no membership or service was allotted to us and we were given a mail for confirming refund within 45 days and hence the company provided the cheque of full amount on my name but the same got bounced on more than 2 occasions with banks comment of no sufficient fund by company and now the company officials have stopped responding to my calls and i am sure they have mallafied intensions of not refunding
