Hi Sir, I'm Vivek Kumar Mishra, a resident of Narchochawa,post-Dharampur(Padrauna) Kushinagar. I'm raising the grievance that on 17th April 2021 LIC(Padrauna) provided one loan of amount Rs 118000 on my individual policy no-292431962 on request of my family member by providing forged signature. LIC Agent Subash Chandra Mishra also helped in this case as he was the witness. PFB detailed description of my grievance:
In 2017 I enquired with LIC that how can I take loan on my policy, so they informed me that they need one cancel cheque of my bank account (ICICI) and bond but they didn't ask me that they need my signature and also my physical presence is required. They granted the loan of Rs 60k of my family member signature and credited to my ICICI bank account so I was aware about this loan So second time my family member taken the advantage of this LIC loophole that LIC is not verifying the policy holder details so they applied the loan of Rs 118000 on my policy and LIC approved this loan amount but before loan amount got credited to my bank account(ICICI) my family member requested to change the bank from ICICI to UP Baroda bank (because in UP Baroda bank I was minor account holder along with my mother/father but neither my pan card nor my signature or Adhar card details is submitted means I can't withdraw any single penny from UP Baroda bank) so without identity verification LIC approved both request(Bank change and loan amount). I couldn't be aware about this loan because I never access UP Baroda bank account so later my father/brother on 26th April 2021 they transferred the loan amount Rs 117514 to my brother daughter Saloni Mishra axis bank account. I have filled the complaint in LIC office, but they denied my request and closed the complaint by saying that they deposited the loan amount in my bank account on my request but once their vigilance team investigated this issue in front of me then It was found that during opening of LIC account I did signature in English but during loan request my name was written in Hindi even on up Baroda bank passbook my name was hand written it was not printed by bank. Kindly provide justice as I'm suffering from mental agony from last 3 month as I am fighting with big organization so neither police dept helping me in this case nor other one.
