Dear Team,

I would like to log a complaint against a Maid service agency - Global Facility Service located at 248/1978 Motilal Nagar No.o1 Road No 6 Near Stellar World School Goregaon West run by Shafiq Mobile No : 7303096334.

I had paid them a fees of 25000 for a 24 hours maid help on 2nd April UPI transaction id 102495354391. They send one maid on 2nd who left after 2 days and as per the agreement they were suppose to give a replacement of maid in 3 days. It’s been more then 1.5 months there is no or limited response from the agency. Their answer is the fee is non refundable but against which they are not providing the service also. There is no update and I am following up for last one mont.

They don’t pick up the phone and send random profiles once in a while. I had requested them to refund the money and take the same when a service is provided. However they refuse to do the same and when called multiple times they don’t answer at all.

I wanted to log this as a complaint and request for action against the agency to get the refund back.
