Hi Team,
I had placed the order # 39535 with NestRoots company for a wall painting on 24th August. The original delivery date provided to me was 30th Aug
However, once the order was successfully placed, i was ghosted and there was no communication about the status of the order nor the delay.
Their website has no option to track the order nor cancel it.
Despite multiple follow ups on call and over their support email group, there is no resolution. The calls always go unanswered, and their support email doesn't share any information on the order.
I am registering this complaint to get my money back and to hold this fraud organization accountable
