Sir, my name is Dinesh Kumar, son of Rajendra Prasad. I am a resident of village Gulauli, post Nahil, tah Powayan , district Shahjahanpur pin code 242401. I had applied for a loan from Mahindra & Mahindra Finance in Shahjahanpur but my combine Harvestar was not finalized. Mr bhoopendra employ of Mahindra & Mahindra had said that once your combine Harvestar is finalized, we will approve the loan for which you will have to prepare the bill, get pass, form 45 and the photo of the combine Harvestar along with which we will give the money for the loan. (amar egro sales 32149, amar egro sales 972064, village-rohatee chhanna green valilee colony 03048002521472010 13 pin code 147201.) In Punjab the amount of loan will be transferred to the agency. Than all documents completed,Amar egro agency Bhoopendra and Kshitij who approve loan in Mahindra Shahjahanpur kept sending personal margin slips whereas I did not make any down payment to Amar egro agency, approved the loan in my name and sent it to the Amar Afro agency and activated a loan for me, (loan account 12.35L) When customer care call me for emi than i know that activated loan on me,When I went to the mahindra finance office which is in Shahjahanpur (Uttar Pradesh), why did they activate the loan for me without any documents ,Mr. Kshitij who is in sales manager and Mr. Bhoopendra these people first they realized his mistake and said to me write a application for loan canceltion in October but my loan not cancel and than i again visit to branch Mr bhoopendra and Mr kshitij they said we can transfer loan amount to agency and said we doing right,than i said to him show me documents but thay can't even Mr. Bhoopendra got a fake affidavit made and submitted it to Mahindra, they behaved very badly with me and even threatened me, what you want you can for,Respected Officers please take important steps and cancel my loan,
