Dear Concern,
I have a Excitel internet connection with username - 1200185836 fixed at my address PK-78, Sector - 122, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh. I have been using this internet for almost 1.5 years and last recharge for 6 months plan was done in May 2025 with an expiry of plan by 18th Nov 2025. But the internet service was disrupted for more than 2 months starting from 10th june 2025. Made repeated complains and even reached out to company's CEO on Linkedin but no help. After 62 days they restored the service and said that this loss of Days will be added to my plan as compensation, After assurance also they disconnected the internet on 18th Nov 2025 and post that calling me to recharge to use services. I got calls from companyy represtatives and I told them that this is not correct and they too showed sympathy but no help. Now I got a message that service partner will come to collect. I am a seller on amazon and flipkart and internet is lifeline for my business. During those 62 days and now I am using internet from hotspot from my mobile and not able to work properly. This has caused a significant loss to my business and I wish to sue Excitel for this loss.
