I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Littlebox regarding a highly unsatisfactory purchase experience.
I had ordered a dress from the Littlebox website in size Extra Large for an important occasion—my birthday the following week. However, upon receiving the product, I was extremely disappointed to find that the dress was of incorrect sizing. Despite ordering an Extra Large, the dress appeared to be equivalent to a Medium or Large, making it completely unwearable.
Due to this issue, I was unable to wear the dress for my birthday, which caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.
I promptly raised a refund request. However, the company has neither processed my refund nor provided any replacement or compensation. My attempts to contact customer support have not resulted in any proper resolution.
This reflects poor customer service and unfair trade practices. Providing incorrectly sized products and refusing to issue refunds is misleading and unacceptable.
I request the concerned authorities to take strict action against Littlebox and ensure that I receive a full refund for the defective product.
