I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent experience with the WorkIndia Recruiter app.
After signing up on the platform, I was required to deposit a certain amount in order to post a job. Upon successful verification conducted via phone call, I proceeded to post two job listings for the position of Freelance Sales Consultant. The first job was rejected, while the second was approved.
However, within half an hour of the approval, my account was suddenly restricted. The reason cited was alleged involvement in network marketing fraud or being associated with such activities. This allegation is entirely baseless and unfounded.
Following this action, I contacted a WorkIndia representative seeking clarification and a refund of the amount I was charged. Unfortunately, not only was my request denied, but the representative also unjustly placed the blame on me for the situation.
I strongly request that this matter be reviewed seriously. The restriction placed on my account without valid proof, coupled with the refusal to refund the deposited amount, reflects unfair and unethical business practices. I urge you to take appropriate action against this misconduct and ensure that a resolution, including a full refund, is provided at the earliest.
