I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against three companies for their fraudulent practices and breach of commitments, which have caused significant financial losses and mental distress. Below are the details of the incidents:

  1. WEB MEDIA TRICKS PRIVATE LIMITED
    • Location: Bali Nagar, Delhi.
    • Transaction Details: Paid a total of around INR 8,60,000
    • Issue: Initially approached for assistance with obtaining trade assurance for Mauritius. After payment, they claimed additional trade assurance was required for four other countries (Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, and Cameroon), leading to further payment. They subsequently informed us about virtual office setups in these countries. However, the Mauritius buyer stopped responding, and the company's guidance proved to be ineffective and misleading. additionally they charged false payment for paypal setup and increased the limit for paypal.
This company has made false promises, failed to deliver the services they committed to, and caused financial and reputational harm to my business. I seek the intervention of the Consumer Forum to:

  1. Investigate the fraudulent practices of these companies.
  2. Direct these companies to refund the amounts paid (totaling around INR 8,60,000)
  3. Take necessary legal actions to prevent such malpractices in the future.
I request prompt action in this matter and look forward to your support in resolving this issue.
