I, Lalitkumar D Patel, residing at R B L 10/ 105 Koparli Road, Behind Ambamata Mandir, GIDC Vapi Pardi, Gujarat 396195, am writing to file a formal complaint against Patel Worldwide Corporation (PWC Express), located at Shop No 35, Express House, Near CNG Pump, GIDC Char Rasta, Vapi.
On February 14, 2026, I booked a 19 kg international parcel through their service to be delivered to my son, Devamkumar Lalit Patel, at 27 Lillian St, Clayton, VIC 3168, Australia. The assigned AWB number is 145758, and I paid a total freight charge of ₹9,310. At the time of booking, the agency promised a delivery timeframe of 12 to 15 days.
After 18 days had passed without any delivery, we noticed that their online tracking portal (pwcexpress.com) was not showing any updates. When we initially inquired, the agency gave us false assurances, stating the parcel was already on its way and that the system would update soon. However, on February 26, 2026, when we contacted their representative, Mr. Jignesh (+91 94285 41448) for the exact current location, he casually admitted that our parcel is lost and they are currently "searching for it."
This gross negligence has caused our family immense distress. We come from a poor family, and my son recently traveled to Australia to pursue his Master of IT at Monash University on a government scholarship. The parcel contained highly essential, everyday survival items tailored for his initial settlement, including winter clothing, basic utensils, daily footwear, and essential groceries and spices. These items are an absolute priority for him right now, and the careless behavior of PWC Express has left him struggling without his basic necessities in a new country.
I kindly request you to take strict and immediate action against Patel Worldwide Corporation for their severe negligence, false assurances, and deficiency in service. Please assist us in ensuring they immediately locate and deliver the parcel, or provide full compensation for the mental agony, the cost of the goods, and the shipping fees we have endured.
