Subject: Formal Complaint Against Flipkart – Refund Denial Due to False Pickup Attempts – Order ID OD336688428189654100
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Flipkart Private Limited for deficiency in service, negligence, and unfair trade practices concerning my return and refund request.

• Product Name: Glowhere Ellora Hand-Carved Wood Table Lamp | Fabric Shade Bedside & Living Room Table Lamp
• Order Date: Tue, 27th Jan '26
• Delivery Date: Mon, 2nd Feb '26
• 1st Return request: 2nd Feb' 26
• 2nd Return request: 6th Feb' 26
• 3rd Return request: 11th Feb'26
• Amount Paid: ₹1,503
• Payment Mode: UPI
I had initiated a return request for the above-mentioned order. The delivery partner visited once and informed me that he could not pick up the parcel because he had arrived on a bike and would return the next day. However, for the next three consecutive days, the pickup status was falsely marked as “Attempt Failed” without any actual pickup attempt being made.
No delivery executive arrived at my address during those days. Despite this, the system automatically cancelled my return request, holding me responsible for failed attempts that never occurred.
I have:
• Contacted the delivery person multiple times, and each time I was told “I am coming” or “I am nearby,” but no one arrived.
• Spoken to at least five different Flipkart customer care representatives.
• Been repeatedly assured that the issue would be resolved “by tomorrow.”
• Later informed by another representative that no escalation had even been raised.
This is now my third return request for the same order. Flipkart’s internal logistics failures are being unfairly imposed upon me, resulting in financial loss, mental harassment, and unnecessary inconvenience.
The pickup failure was not due to any fault on my part. I was available at the delivery address throughout the scheduled pickup window. The false marking of “Attempt Failed” constitutes clear service deficiency and misrepresentation.
