I ordered a bed from flipkart and it was delivered to me on 19th March 2025 and installation was scheduled on 20th March 2025. I tried reaching the installation guy which flipkart has shared but no response from that number. On 21st March 2025 all of sudden I noticed that my installation and demo status was completed (I have not shared my OTP to anyone). I was shocked and I was double sure that no one reached me or came for installation. I reached the customer support team from flipkart and raised this issue and they opened my query assured to solve it within 21st of March 2025 and no one reached me and on 21st March notice that flipkart closed my query as solved.

Then i spoke with almost 10+ customer support executive but no proper response.

I raised a return request thinking that someone from the technical team will come and check on the product and will get to know that the product is not installed at all. There is no action taken till date. I am in a mental distress due to this. Kindly suggest
