Subject: Complaint Regarding Delay and Non-Delivery of Amazon Product
I would like to file a complaint against Amazon India regarding the non-delivery of my ordered product.
I placed an order on 21/11/2025 for:
“Wisely 2in1 Impossible Unbreakable Camera Lens Nano Glass + Front Guard Screen Protector for iQOO Z10 5G Anti Scratch Flexible Screen Guard HD Clear.” And Iqoo z10 5g mobile phone

Expected delivery date: 29/11/2025
Even after the due date, the product has not been delivered. I contacted Amazon customer support multiple times, but they failed to provide a clear update or resolution. This has caused inconvenience and frustration.
I request NCH to intervene and direct Amazon to:
1. I want to cancel and refund as soon as possible
2. Provide clarification about the delay.
3. Take appropriate action for service deficiency.
I am ready to provide screenshots and order proof if required.
