Hi,
I have ordered food from Zomato application at 7:10pm and they promised me that food gets delivered with in 35-40mins but the food nit Even delivery after 90mins also and in application it has showing that food delivered. Without delivering my food and i called customer support they are telling sorry sir something went wrong from our end and delivery partner couldn't able to deliver the order after waiting for 90mins and simply there are telling will refund the money i was feeling very hungry since 7pm and i want not in a situation to go out and bring my thats the reason i have ordered from Zomato and they are telling will provide a coupon for this order of rs 150 and will provide my refund how is responsible for this i have spoken with Zomato manager he is also telling the same we are unable to deliver i am attaching the screenshot i have mentally suffered alot because of this issue and this has done many times for me please help on this issue
