Dear Team Flipkart,
Under the instructions and on behalf of my client namely Smt. Manveen Kaur R/O 453, East Mohan
Nagar, Amritsar, Punjab, I hereby serve upon you the following legal notice for compliance and
necessary action:-
1. That my client purchased Motorola Buds Order ID - OD335627747773777100 from you on
2025-10-02 for ₹9151.
2. On receiving the product my client denied to collect the parcel saying that the lead to charge
the article was missing, but the delivery partner said as this is an open parcel you can only
complaint on Flipkart after collecting the parcel to get refund – already paid via Credit Card.
3. As the accessory/lead which is a part of the parcel that is crucial for the proper functioning and
maintenance of the appliance was missing from the package and the package was an open to
delivery one so the parcel delivery person just gave an open buds' box with the device and no
courier box, and based on the same no one came to collect my parcel as they already knew that
the outer box was never delivered to my client which was also an act of misappropriation of
your training both careless and potentially fraudulent by your delivery partner, especially
since the client had already been charged multiple fees in the name of promise and handling
totaling ₹156 for this order.
4. Despite trying to seek help through your return and support channels who have been negligent
to get the needed help of return or replacement, while the client was offered 900 as lag of
professionalism refund by Flipkart. The client query is never addressed and her any and every
medium to even process a request is barred on the platform from the day of call.
5. All this is a huge harassment as the client was very happy to buy herself the first phone from
her own money and found no assistance or clear guidance on how to resolve this matter on
your misappropriation. The missing accessory is not only inconvenient but may also affect the
long-term health of the appliance so now she wants a full refund and a compensation of Rs
10,000 to pay the advocate fee and as charges to harassment plus 9151 (which will keep
adding interest as per credit card interest rate due to lag of payment)., therefore total amount
is 19151 till October,2025.
6. That despite repeated complaints and requests for redressal over E-mails, calls and application
helpline.
