I have purchased laptop from flipkart on August 2024 with accidental damage warranty but at January 2025 when I register my repair issue to Lenovo they told me that my Laptop is not having the accidental warranty. So I provided them the invoice in which it was mentioned but they told me that I should contact my vendor for warranty updation so I visisted flipkart for same and from 10th February till date daily they are saying that please allow us 48 hours to resolve the issue and we will provide the replacement. Replacement was sent to me on 03rd April but delivery boy rejected replacement saying that my laptop doesnot qualify for replacement conditions as it has some minor scratches. So again I visisted flipkart for same and they told me that please wait for 48 hours and after that again same process is going on.
I am demanding my mental harrashment from them and cost for wasting my time from 03 months but they are not responing to it also.
 
In Invoice it is clearly mentioned that accidental warranty is there and even flipkart is accepting mistake but not providing solutions, now they are saying that they will pickup the laptop and provie me refund. But no compensation accepted by them
