I purchased this sofa from Flipkart one month ago, and within a very short period, it has already become torn and damaged. The fabric is ripped and the structure feels weak and unstable. This is extremely disappointing as the product is barely used and should not show such defects within one month.
The quality does not match what was shown in the product description. I expected a durable and sturdy sofa, but instead received a defective item. This clearly indicates poor material quality or manufacturing defect.
I request an immediate replacement or refund as this product is not acceptable in this condition.
