Hi Team,

I am facing a very unusual situation with Flipkart return. I have received a damaged product on 23rd Jan and then return was requested on 24th Jan. Since then the return is in pending status and not approved. Everytime I write an email or call customer service, they ask me that backend team is working on it and I have to wait for 24-48 hours. I ask them what backend team is working on but they tell me that there are no notes on the system so they are unable to clarify. I simply don't understand how and what the backend team is working when they haven't contacted me, not collected the damaged product, nor they have any communication. Flipkart is simply looting the money from customers
