I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the cancellation of my order, OD335694991618595100 (Nike Shoes), which I placed on October 10th with a promised delivery date of October 16th (for Diwali).On the night of October 14th, I received a notification that the seller had canceled my order. This last-minute cancellation is unacceptable, as it leaves me in a position where I cannot place a new order and receive it before the Diwali festival, rendering the item useless for its intended purpose.I have contacted your customer care multiple times, and the only responses I have received are apologies and the suggestion to place a new order, which will arrive after Diwali. This is not a satisfactory resolution. Furthermore, small monetary vouchers do not address the core issue of this service failure.My main concerns are
