When I contacted customer support, the agent was unhelpful, suggested I cancel the order, and disconnected the call without providing a resolution or an update on the delivery status.
This is the second time I have experienced a delivery issue with this item. I request that you investigate this delay, track the status of my order, and ensure it is delivered as soon as possible.
