I purchased a Daikin air conditioner online from Flipkart on 19/10/2025 through a credit card in monthly installments, with a delivery date of 27/10/2025.
And the installation date of the air conditioner was 29/10/2025, which I have not received any updates from the company till date.
Since I made the purchase through a credit card, the amount has also been converted into EMI.
Thus, even though the company has taken the full amount, I have not received the order within the time limit, which makes me feel like I have been cheated.
Therefore, I humbly request you to provide a proper solution to this problem of mine.
