Dear Flipkart Team,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the extremely poor delivery experience with my recent order.
My order was promised to be delivered on 2nd March, however it has still not been delivered. What is even more unacceptable is the behavior of the delivery agent. Instead of delivering the order to the address mentioned, the delivery agent called my elderly parents and asked them to come around 2 km away from our home to collect the package, which is completely inappropriate and unacceptable.
This has caused unnecessary stress and harassment to my family. Delivery personnel are expected to deliver orders to the customer's address, not ask senior citizens to travel to collect them.
I would like to clearly state the following:
My order must be delivered tomorrow before 11:00 AM at the address mentioned in the order.
The delivery agent’s behavior must be investigated and strict action should be taken, as such conduct is not acceptable.
Please ensure that all communication is made only on my number: 9315316206 and no calls are made to my parents.
I have already raised this concern on social media, and if the issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to pursue formal legal action regarding the harassment and failure to provide the promised delivery service.
I expect a prompt resolution and immediate delivery of my order.
