Hello,
I bought Flipkart Black membership for 999 Rupees. The membership claimed that there would be priority customer service meaning no queue, no chat bot and 24*7 support. I had contacted Flipkart on 7th December regarding a small query I had regarding my travel booking done with Flipkart and they put me in queue for 40 mins. I contacted Flipkart again regarding refund of black membership stating that I am not getting the service I paid for. They said maybe today might be busy for travel helpline please try again later. I tried contacting after 24 hours and again the same thing happened I was put on hold for over 20-30 mins. I contacted again Flipkart regarding the same issue and either they cut the call or put me on hold saying transferring the call to their senior. I have call recording of all the call supporting my system.
