Hi Good afternoon Sir ,
My self Sagar Sakariya , I have purchased acer laptop from your Flipkart online store , I have concern of this laptop size , storage And product also .
I don't like the product when I got this product . And also I have concern to return the product and get refund.
I have noticed there is problem in laptop storage.
In Flipkart site it shows 256 GB Storage in description and in laptop I have seen the storage is 237 only after it there is 48.8 GB Storage hold by system . Flipkart tele caller refused to return & refund my money .
I have attached bill and the storage releted screenshot. It your fault or seller side I don't know but this is it .
Help me out and take strick action on this issue .
Kindly help me to return the product and get refund.
