This builder has taken 14L as booking amount for a flat but after a year he cancelled it. He promised that he would return the full amount but he has not returned yet.

I have already a filled a case through district court offline. Can you help me get status of the same? Case number is CC 394/24. My lawyer is taking too much time on this, I want to check whether this case is moving as expected or not.
Secondly, I want to know what would be next step on the same, can I file a case online as well?
