I have tried raising this issue through WhatsApp messages, emails, and even with the company's instagram handle. But there has been no resolution. In fact, not even a tangible update on what's happening with my order.
And because I have faced so much trouble in relation to this order, I have read more and more about your company. I have come across many complaints/bad reviews from people who have been facing similar problems.
Please refund my money at the earliest. Otherwise, I will be constrained to initiate legal proceedings against you and your company, including for cybercrime and deficiency in services.
