I ordered a shoes from Find Your Kicks website in October, and It was a prepaid order, and they haven't delivered it yet. Now it is december month and they are just saying that they are looking for it. There msg- "I sincerely apologize for the delay in fulfilling your order. Unfortunately, we were not able to meet the promised timeframe, and I understand how frustrating that can be.

Please rest assured that your order has been reviewed by our senior management, and I will be providing you with a clear and updated timeline very soon. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding."
