Respected Sir/Madam,
This has reference to the subject matter; I booked a PG in Ananta Apartment, Seawood Gate No. 3 Seawoods Navi Mumbai Maharashtra - 400706 through the "Rent Ok" app.
they took a security deposit of Rs. 18000.00 (Eighteen Thousand only) and monthly rent of Rs. 12000.00 (Twelve Thousand only) alongwith Rs. 3000.00 (Three Thousand only) for police verification charges. They committed to return my security deposit within 45 days after leaving the apartment.
I stayed there from 18th November,2024 till 22nd January,2025 clearing all dues. But, today almost 90 days have passed and they have not refunded my money. I had visited their office and their representatives are saying that Rent Ok is overtaken by OUTSTAY and the matter is under discussion. This time today when I visited their representatives are threatening me saying that they have nothing to do with my security deposit. I shall contact "Rent Ok" but all contact details are switched off.
The manager and CEO are not receiving my call.
I request you benevolently to kindly take an immediate action to help me in this regard. There are many other victims who are scared of those goons. I am here sharing the receipts reflecting that I had given them the said amount and timely monthly rent.
Please take some initiation in this regard as you are the only hope for us.
