I am filing a complaint against the faulty product delivered (Whirlpool Refrigerator) in Sep2023.

In just 10 days after the purchased, I have filed so many complaints for defective item. History attached. Service engineer visited but was not able to offer any resolution. After all the analysis, I was offered to get a replacement at my own cost to pickup from Whirlpool service center. I refused the solution, as unit is at my parents house and I live in different city. My parents cannot pickup as there are unable to do it due old age.

We also filed a complaint last year in May but no service engineer visited.

I filed another complaint today and service engineer is suggesting that there is issue with PCB.

I am highly disappointed with product and service is being offered. I am not forced to file a complaint against this ground in consumer court (solution was not offered during the warranty)
