Please note once again, 16th January Thomson technician ( Mr Shubhas ) came, he did the inspection and he also found out that the TV has a display problem, so he said I will submit a report to Flipkart, and you will get a replacement in 7 working days. After that Flipkart also given in writing that my issue will be resolved by 30th Feb,then when the problem was not solved on 30th ,i connected you again and again got new date of 7th Feb 25. Flipkart is a very bad platform to buy online, poor customer support, harassment to customers, zero customer care.

Thomson consumer care team,
Asked Mr Shubhas to submit the report or give me a denial letter today without fail.
Shame on you both teams, you are harassment me. I am fully frustrated.

@consumercoplain team please support me.I am following up both Flipkart as well as Thomson team from last one and half month but not getting any results.

@confo-th1-mh@nic.in (Thane district court) team pl guide me i want to raise a offline complaint against Flipkart and Thomson regarding harassing customers.

Flipkart delivered faulty tv on December 28th 24, when the technician came for installation, he found that the tv display is half visible with blue and green light.
he didn't install tv and went away saying that company will inspect, and replacement will get done.
after many calls and mails on 16th January Thomson technician (Mr. Shubha's his team leader mob no-9540697764) came, he did the inspection, and he also found out that the tv has display problem, so he said i will submit repot to Flipkart and you will get replacement in 7 working days. after this i got mail from Flipkart that your issue will be resolved by 30th Feb, then when the problem was not solved on 30th ,i connected with them and again they gave new date 7th feb but nothing happen again.
Thomson team (mob no-9540697764) is forcing me to get the tv repaired when i denying and said i have paid for new TV then why should i use repaired tv after that this person had stopped responding me even not replying on WhatsApp too.

After that Thomson has stop responding me and not giving me job sheet either denying letter.

Need your intervention and support.
