I bought a Handy Stitch Sewing Machine from DREAMz hub, Dreamz Hub, Plot No. 121; Katol Bye Pass Road; Tawakkal Layout, Sai Chowk, Wadi, Nagpur 440023 vide Invoice No. Retail2074403 dated May 18, 2025 for Rs 699.00.
The product received was faulty, it just did not work despite me putting in four number AA batteries. Immediately I wrote back to the Seller on receiving the product. However, the Seller kept on harassing me to send them photos and videos of the product. Since the machine did not work I told them as to how could I send them a video when the machine does not work. However, I sent them a video of the product from different angles.
Finally after many exchanges with the Company, on May 4, 2025, they wrote back to me that as per their policy they are unable to process a replacement, return or refund.
Even though it is a small amount but the harassment that I had to go through deserves a better and more appropriate response from the Company. They must refund the money. I think these companies are there to cheat potential customers and they must pay a heavy price for this.
