Issue : The product delivered was faulty and i had raised the concern with Faber customer care which in turn was redirected to their customer service executive. Later a technician was assigned who visited and acknowledged that there is an issue with one of the burners. Now they are not willing to replace the product and not responding to calls . I am not getting enough support from Reliance too. I am here by attaching the video of the product and also the invoice.

We suggest you to send an E-Mail to the CMD of Faber India, mentioning all the details and attach the bill. Ask them to replace or repair the product. Wait for 7 days.

If not received any reply, you may file a case in the Consumer Forum.
