I am filing this complaint against Elica India regarding a chimney I purchased, which has been defective and not functioning properly. Despite raising multiple complaints over the past six months, the company has failed to provide any resolution, repair, replacement, or refund.
I have raised service requests and contacted the company/customer care numerous times since September 2024 but the problem persists. In some cases, I have received response but service requests have been closed without resolution.

Shortly after installation, the chimney began malfunctioning. The issues include:- Oil continue to drip from the front side of Chimney

I request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to kindly direct Elica India to:- Replace the defective chimney OR issue a full refund for the product.
- Ensure such negligence does not happen to other customers.
