I placed my order on October 1, 2025, but there has been no proper communication or confirmation since then. The order has still not been delivered, and the customer support has been extremely unhelpful and unresponsive.
This experience has been very disappointing and concerning. I request immediate action to resolve this issue. If the matter is not addressed promptly, I will consider taking formal legal action and filing a police complaint.
