False reports by Amazon for rejecting return / replace

I had ordered Nokia 3210 4G phone on 4th July 2025. I received the phone on 7th July 2025. When I checked the product, it was defective one. I immediately asked for replace / refund of the product. A pick up person came for it, but refused to take th product as he dailled some number on his phone. He claimed that there was no response, and he didn't take giving an excuse of verification. He said to place the return / request once again. I did it, it was supposed to be picked on 16th. I received the call on 16th at 23:36 hrs to pick up. Unfortunately, I wasn't available in office at that hour. Nobody turned up. Again did on 21st, nobody turned up. Few things were common in all these request. Amazon claims every time as I have been denying the pickup. However, till date, except 16th, nobody has turned up to pick this junk. I am forced to do few things as amazon is lying shockingly.
