I am filing this complaint regarding a highly unethical and fraudulent behavior by JioFiber team in Katargam Ved Road, Surat (Gujarat).
On 28/07/2025, I had applied for a new JioFiber connection and was assured installation within 24–48 hours. The executive also come next and done the kyc but forget to check the terrace for connectivity and without this he updated the status, I confirmed this with fitting engineer and kyc executive on conf call, The executive also accepted the mistake so I tried to inform this issue to the manger Pranav Desai (Mob: 8200993919) but he did not replied appropriate screenshot attached you can review it.
No installation was attempted, no proper site visit was done, and I was deliberately misled.
I have already emailed this issue with attached screenshots of our WhatsApp chats, photographs and executive behavior, yet I am receiving only template replies with no action taken.
This is not an isolated case — several users are facing similar frauds with false updates, delayed installations, and careless handling by the JioFiber team in Gujarat. Just like others, I trusted the Jio brand, but this experience is frustrating and feels like a scam.
What I demand:
I am attaching all evidence including WhatsApp and instagram screenshots, and my conversation with the executive to this complaint.

- TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India)
- Department of Telecommunications (DoT)
- National Consumer Forum
- File a formal legal complaint under Consumer Protection Act 2019
