I was approached by EGNIOL a Finance Consulting company to arrange debt funds based on our GST sales turnover, balance sheet. After scrutanising all my documents including my 3 years sales turn over and the IT filed papers, they promised to arrange debt funds from banks at a competitive interest rate, took a consulting fee of Rs.35400/- including GST on 10/07/2024 with a written commitment to refund the money, if the loan/funding is not arranged. But never arranged any funding. I have been regularly reaching out to them, but they continuously dragging this issue promising to get me funds from somewhere without fail. They even have written an email saying, after carefull assessment of SWOT analysis, the results are promising and funds can be arranged without fail and collected money.
Several communications back and forth, but nothing worked and they are not responding now.
