Hi,

Fala Holidays Packages has called us saying won a gift & come to their office to collect. They convinced to sell their holiday package (54 days to be consumed in 10 years) and swiped the credit card.

Now their website is not working, phone numbers are not working, Email is not working, their KR puram office is closed, where are they now and internet also not much clear information.

Hence want to file a complaint to get the refund.
