I placed order for 3 footwears on AJIO on 26th June, 2025. Received the products on 1st July,25. Susbequently, placed a return request for two footwears. It has been one month, that no attempts for return have been made during the return period. AJIO has been sending fake delivery attempt messages throughout. I have been rigorously following up with AJIO almost daily, the customer keeps on raising tickets and till now 6-7 tickets were raised but no resolution. Also, frequest mail follow ups have been made by me, but AJIO customer care has been unresponsive to find any resolution.

Below are the compliant ticket numbers raised till date by AJIO and closed without any resolution:
