Hi I am Chinni srikar sai, residing in Hyderabad,Telangana 500072. It's regarding zontes 350 R which I have purchased on 5/06/2025 from an showroom in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
He have scammed me without informing me that we are removing this benifits and giving you the discount. And without notifying me he took the decision and removed RSA and EXTENDED WARRANTY from the quotation i am not aware of that and insurance also 15100 I've paid for the insurance but in the insurance quote I've got an basic plan of that insurance without any add-ons like RETURN TO INVOICE, ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE, CONSUMABLES,TYRE AND WHEEL RIMS, ENGINE PROTECTION etc.. none of that was added to my insurance expect own damage and third party damages, and zero depreciation.
Mainly there is no theft protection added in the insurance and the bike paint material is not good after the first wash yesterday i.e.,08/06/2025 the paint was getting peeled of automatically ( wheel rims and left side indicator body part) the paint was gone
And I've literally travelled 400 kilometres from my home town and purchased there where there is an showroom 500mts away from my home it's literally a 5 minutes walk instead of going to nearest showroom I went to Andhra Pradesh's Anantapur district only because they said they will give an 8877 on the bike price so I thought that's better than here and I travelled by bus that costed me around 1100 for one way trip and the return I've travelled on the new zontes 350 R. The petrol costed me around 1500 for 400 kilometres. I've risked my entire life in the return journey because I am very sleepy and very numb at that time falling asleep while riding it almost took me 7½ hrs to reach my home. In the morning I've called the dealer to send the documents of the bike like invoice, insurance, Lifetax+Tr, and about RSA. But the dealer said there's no rsa and extended warranty to you because I've removed those and gave you the discount he told. I was literally shocked from hearing that
Because if he really mentioned I wouldn't travelled that much far where the price was same at my hometown showroom. And there's some of the money is not included in the PDF which was shown in the quotation. The quotation prices and the prices in the documents are different. I totally risked my life for nothing. There's no discount given to me nor informed about the additional services they are removing. I literally cried after hearing that from their side. And the bike's pain quality is too bad that after a first wash the paint was peeled of like nothing. The wheel rims paint has been peeled. I thought of giving an police complaint and thinking of going to the court for this issue. Why should I risked my life for nothing because of the dealer miscommunication. it's not an small issue to leave it. My dad literally took an personal loan and purchased the bike for me. It's not worth my dad's grievance he is in total cry down after listening this. I've been contacting the dealer since 1½ month not 3-4 days. It's my mistake that I haven't recorded any of our communication. I agree that's my mistake for not getting recorded for the trust.

I have the bike paint peeled of images and the documents of the bike.
There's more I have to say there's difference of 4-5 thousand and the bike has a lot of issues from the day of purchasing and the dealer has forced me to purchase the bike because of the hike of the bike will be increased on the upcoming months.
