I ordered one lipstick, when I received there is no seal then I open the product full of medicine smell and it looks like used and fake one, i reached customer service but they are speaking very rudely and saying that there is no any return or replacement we can't do anything, but in the product Blinkit clearly mentioned 72 hrs replacement but when I ask to customer service she saying no option there every time they are doing like this....
