I purchased a protien powder that is Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey protein (2.27kg). This product was open box delivery, so when I received a product it was looking good to me and accepted the parcel, and then after scratch the product serial number and trying to check the authenticity of the product from Authenticateon, it was showing the error like 6 digit product id is not correct, I tried many times on website for verification but every time I am getting the same issue. After this I sent the product images, invoice to Glanbia by email for manual authentication and glanbia India reverted back with details like :-
The product is not authentic due to following reasons :
1.The product batch number doesnt match our records.
2.The 6 digit TRUSEAL code doesnt match our records.
3.There is no green veg logo on the label.

After getting the confirmation from the Glanbia, I connected with flipkart customer support many times, and they told like product is open box delivery we can't do anything and then after I sent an email to the flipkart manually, and they called 2-3 times, but everytime they told me 'it will resolve within 24-48 hrs'. But didn't get any solution. I was requesting to Flipkart for replacement from more than a months from the date of delivery but didn't get any single solution. Now even they are not replying my email also. Please suggest me the what action should I take.
